The last installment of Sunriver - July 2009

I'm pretty sure these are the last pics I will post of Sunriver. Hopefully later this week I will get the pics up from our weekend at the beach house with Grandma and Grandpa Winkelman! The guys out in the back yard of our house.

Sam was tuckered out after a log day at the pool! We were all watching a movie, but he didn't make it too far into it.

Mt. Baker from the Lava Cast Forest. Pretty close to the same view we had from our house in Sunriver!

These pictures were from the lava cast forest, where, when the lava flowed around the trees, made "casts" of the trunks....it hardened and then the trees burned up leaving these cilindrical holes in the lava. It was pretty cool....some of the holes were taller than the boys!
